If you recieve a collar you previously purchased we will happily exchange it. You are under no obligation to return any of the seasonal collars for donation to shelters. If you decide to donate a lightly used collar from our boutique please hand wash it prior to returning it to us because we recieve an awful lot to be washing them and it helps if they are semi-clean for the rescues.
